1. Stick to Southern France - Paris is overrated.

I flew into Rodez, France and couch-surfed with an amazing family there. Besides taking me around We had good food, excellent wine and they showed me the true spirit of the french.

2. The cops are droolworthy. In other words, don't be afraid to get picked up or talk to them.
